Getting there

Location

Mannabank Estate is located at 3545 Frankston-Flinders Road, Merricks, and is about a 60-90 minute drive from Melbourne.

Driving

The property is not easily visible from the road but we will add some signage to the front gate so you can see where to make a turn.

There will be plenty of parking available at a paddock nearby the ceremony location.

If the traffic gods are with you and you arrive in time for a local coffee/snack/vino before the wedding, we suggest heading to the Merricks General Wine Store (3460 Frankston-Flinders Road, Merricks) which is only 1.5km away from the venue!

Buses

We have arranged for buses to pick up guests who would like to avoid the hassle of driving to and from the wedding.

If you would like to use either of the below services, please indicate your preference via email to annaocall@gmail.com by 31 October 2019 and specify the number of passengers requiring transport as well as your accommodation’s address (if applicable).

For those who want to travel to and from Melbourne on a bus:

A bus will be leaving from Federation Square at 1:00pm on the day of the wedding (a precise pick-up location will be circulated to passengers closer to the wedding date). The bus driver has suggested that passengers arrive about 20 minutes before departure time to ensure that the bus can leave as scheduled.

A return bus will collect guests from the wedding at 11:00pm and drop them back to the same location at Federation Square at approximately12:30am.

For those who would like bus travel to and from the venue but are staying in the area:

A bus has been organised for pick-up at locations within close proximity to Mannabank Estate. We will base exact pick-up locations on the addresses you supply to us and will be in touch with you to confirm final details closer to the wedding date.

A return bus will collect guests from the wedding at the conclusion of the reception and will drop passengers back to their ‘pick up’ locations.

Taxis & Uber services

If you require a taxi to or from the venue we would recommend booking in advance as taxis in the area are limited. We suggest contacting Peninsula Taxis.

A note on Uber

Uber is slowly building up along the Mornington Peninsula, however we would not recommend relying on Uber for transport to and from the venue unless it has been pre-booked.
